    Did anyone else think John's audio was kind of crappy on this one? Cracking and whatnot? Anyway, thanks for saying I was popular. It made me warm and fuzzy inside. If you guys keep mentioning me on the show, people will think you have a man crush on me. I have found one thing I dislike about about the show. It makes me talk to my computer half expecting a reply. I don't need another reason for the wife to think I'm crazy.

    Dave, John, you two mispelled marriage!

    Thanks for backing the renters. I rent and I love it. I'm in a job where I might have to move more often, so a house isn't a good option for me. Plus, it's just me and the kid. The one part that bites is the fee for having a dog or cat. I could do without that part, but I know why they do that.

    Adoption. Man, that's a touchy subject and it shouldn't be. More teenagers need to be educated on that. Yes, I realize that will open up a can of worms, but I think we should open that can. From what I hear, there's quite a bit of negativity or just too much misconception about it.

    I currently rent and own... If I were to do I all over again never would've bought that house... I'd much rather rent and let someone else worry about the up keep.
