So nobody cares about Question of the Week? Well then, we'll see how they like it when they are impossible to answer! We've been throwing softballs for 8 months, time to step it up!
ReplyDeleteOkay, so it snowed/sleeted here today. Odd.
ReplyDeleteThe shoes! I saw those at Jason's Deli not too long ago. I thought they were toe socks at first.
I use Splenda (when available) in my Iced Tea. Since sugar doesn't dissolve in Iced Tea the way it would in hot tea, it takes too much for me to sweeten my drink. So, I use Splenda. Truvia is also good stuff. Yes, when you eat healthy, you stay fuller longer because the calories aren't empty.
On the radio the other day, the DJ was talking about a group of Atheists who are planning on setting up pet care for Christian owners so that after The Rapture, pets will be taken care of. This is under the belief that they, both pets and Atheists, will be left behind. Care starts at $150 for a guarantee of 10 years. Wtheck man. If you don't believe in it, why bother? A bit silly.
Just so None+ doesn't become None+!, I think the answer is truthdig.com. I would like the qotw's to be harder, sometimes I feel embarrassed answering it. Speaking about dress codes, I started out the semester wearing a shirt and tie, but I was told by other faculty that they like to maintain a more "casual" environment. So now I wear polos and sometimes jeans. After listening to the show last week, I looked around the room, and the nicest clothing I saw on a student was a long sleeved t-shirt. Also, I have been listening to the show directly from this website for the last month or two since its easier to do at work. Does that count as a download for you?
ReplyDeleteYou know what Jarrod, I've been wondering the same thing about the download. I listen directly from this site. Hmmmm. Maybe the question will be answered on this weeks show?
