Country Music Lyric Game!
I will read two lyrics, and you try to guess which is a real country song and which I made up. This is brought on by the ridiculous songs I hear on country radio stations. I like some country, a few limited songs by Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, and even a Garth Brooks tune or two. But seriously, could these lyrics be any more pandering?!

ReplyDeleteWhen I first heard of bacon vodka, I was grossed out. Not from the bacon flavor, but because I just don't really like vodka anymore. I had a bad experience with some VERY, very cheap vodka. I would probably try the bacon vodka, though, because I really like bacon. I got to thinking that they should bacon-up some Captain Morgan. If you smell the Captain, it kinda has a hint of maple syrup. Plus, it's a tad sweet which I think would be outstanding with the saltiliciousness of bacon. Who doesn't like maple bacon? Money. If you don't your a communist. If you don't like maple bacon, you hate freedom.
ReplyDeleteI also would say that when I heard of the Bacon Vodka I was grossed out, but then I also realized that I was an American. I'm not about to special order it, but if I see it I'll try it out.
ReplyDeleteIs there a "bacon powder" you can use to add the flavor of bacon to anything?
Someone needs to invent bacon powder right now. Imagine the uses. Sprinkle on popcorn, in eggs, a dry rub for grilling meat. If you can actually make it without using bacon, vegetarians would probably buy it up. I buy generic bacon bits and they are made with soy, no bacon at all, so I bet they can do it.
ReplyDeleteI think that the new Punch Out game is only available through retail. I'm pretty sure that Dave said that it can be downloaded through Nintendo's service. This is true about the original Punch Out which I have, and it is still fun and I plan on getting the new one.

Parker, I would definitely try bacon flavored captain. That does sound delicious when you describe it.
